A Thread for Humanity. “Aluna” is here

All things are bound together. All things connect. What happens to the Earth happens to the children of the earth. Humankind has not woven the web of life; we are but one thread. Whatever we do to the web, we do to ourselves. — Rebecca Adamson

I am very excited to announce the long awaited release of documentary that holds a special place in my heart.  The Kogi people, an indigenous tribe of South America, have a message they are sharing with humanity. There is so much sickness today in the world, much disease and unrest.  The affects of the impacts of “civilization” have begun to reach even the most remote of regions, including high on the Sierra Nevada where the Kogi tribe have lived since pre-Inca times. In response to this environmental devastation the Kogi have come from relative seclusion to share their wisdom in a caring gesture to aid the world, this gesture is the movie “Aluna”. The Kogis have a long lineage of holding knowledge of how the environment inter-relates, and the spiritual elders of their community have gained an incredible connection with the Earth mother, and a unique and powerful way of harmonizing damages to the environment.  This movie relates a very basic, yet intricate, element of this biological functioning that is critical for mankind to understand in order to progress in a healthful way.   I have been blessed to see these spiritual elders, the Mamos, at work.  they never fail to amaze me with the the simple way they pass down their complex understanding of the workings of the universe.  Working with these special people I have come to see they truly do hold the answers to solving the critical issues facing humanity today.  I have been greatly influenced by the amount of love and dedication these tenacious people express in preserving what is sacred to them. My life-long work is to aid them in protecting their lands and sharing their amazing knowledge for the well-being of all people, animals and plants of this world, for a bright and abundant future.  I hope you will take the time to watch this powerful little film, and act with consciousness in your own environment.  I will be happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding this work, or interest on how to help.  With gratitude, Amora Watch the Movie: “Aluna”, find the Movie Learn More: Aluna Website Donate: Koginka Sewa Aluna Foundation **In the U.S.  The movie is only available on Itunes.  This is a free download and you can rent the movie for 24 hours for $4.99 or buy it for $19.99…really simple!
